Elements Restaurant Miami

I've been wanting to stop in this place and see what the buzz is about. I finally came here on a Thursday night. The place was pretty packed, I really wanted to check our the upstairs but they had it closed off for a private event. I guess this gives me an excuse to return. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who took care of us right away. She sat us down outside and Alex, our waiter was right there ready to serve us. We ordered a couple of beers to start and the octopus appetizer. The octopus was nice and tender and very flavorful. My husband ordered about 3 different cocktails to taste. Alex's suggestions were on point. The hibiscus cocktail was nice and sweet with hibiscus pearls, which were delicious. The cucumber drink was nice and refreshing and the last one , I don't remember the name but was like a Paloma with tequila, I believe that one was the winner. Now for dinner we ordered the brisket pasta.OMG, this was the best brisket pasta I've ever had. I loved Everything about this dish,the flavors are so perfectly combined that it kept me wanting more. I saw the table next to us order a steak with fries that looked amazing. Over all this place is a total vibe and the food and drinks are delicious 😋. I will definitely be coming back with some friends and I say if you haven't been here go give them a try, you'll thank me....

Good location. Service is a bit slow - probably because we were on the rooftop & it had just finished raining. BUT when we finally got seats - drinks were great! We got the Mangoeita & monkey business. They were balanced perfectly! We also got the mussel as an app. It was flavored very well. They also have a live DJ. Overall great experience.
